Add to calendarDuring Sexual Assault Awareness Month, every Tuesday, STLCC-Forest Park Campus Life will recommend films related to topics of sexual assault, violence and survival. The films will be listed on Facebook @ The Forest Park Campus Life. You're encouraged to watch for your own awareness and discuss among friends, family and peers.
"Precious" tells the story of a 16-year-old overweight, abused, illiterate girl who is pregnant with her second child, yet is invited to enroll in an alternative school in hopes that her life can head in a new direction.
"The Invisible War" is an investigative documentary about the epidemic of rape of soldiers within the US military.
