With better understanding comes more control over brain functions, power to fight devastating disorders, and the possibility of a more complete life. In this lecture, Dr. Syed Chowdhury will discuss the changes in cellular architecture, microcircuit, and neural connections of the brain and how certain consequences can be prevented in light of recent studies in neuroscience.
