Unconscious biases are social stereotypes about certain groups of people that individuals from outside their own conscious awareness

In this one-hour hands-on, engaging workshop, participants will develop an understanding of unconscious bias, what it looks like in action, and how it impacts teams, organizations, policies, and practices. You will leave this workshop more aware of recognizing your own unconscious bias to assist you with being a more effective and inclusive leader.

SC 125, 11 a.m. to noon.  Lunch provided.
