About this Event
Join Terrence Freeman, Ph.D., adjunct faculty, for a discussion regarding the cycle of subjugation, marginalization, mobilization and movements that characterizes Black History in the United States. We have celebrated revolutionary thinkers and doers, but to live in communities that protect and respect our families and children, we will have to build them and emphasize words, character, justice and service.
We are challenged to change and to heal! We must function as 21st century nonviolent revolutionaries with the understanding that there can be no successful revolution without reconciliation and there can be no reconciliation without revolution. What choices are we prepared to make?
